About the role
Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Strategic Content Planner. The Content Planner role is part of the Strategic Planning and Operations team within the internal agency, Creative + Digital Services (CDS). The Content Planner will lead the development of integrated content strategies, messaging frameworks, activation plans, and creative briefs in support of the Pediatric or Adult Brand teams. As the Content Planner, you will be responsible for translating brand objectives, audience insights and business prioritites into strategic content guidance that informs creative development.t You’ll serve as the strategic partner to the Brand team, ensuring content strategies align with the brand’s vision, consumer expectations and business goals. This role demands strong strategic thinking, audience understanding, communication skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable content and campaign recommendations. In today’s fragmented media landscape, this role ensures that every idea, message, and execution works together to create a unified brand experience—driving results and building lasting connections with audiences.
What you'll bring
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 7+ years of marketing strategy experience leading or guiding Brand Strategy in CPG or Health related industries.
- Brand management experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to facilitate communication and share out of results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
