About the role
We are seeking a Director of Product: Computer Vision Solutions to own and drive the development of the most strategic initiatives in our emerging technology portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling computer vision-based solutions built for Fortune 50 retailers. These products combine cutting-edge optics, AI models, and custom hardware to solve real-world operational problems in dynamic, high-volume retail environments. You will operate at the intersection of deep technical complexity and customer-facing execution , leading cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle, from early research and prototyping through pilot deployments and global rollout. This role requires both technical credibility and end-to-end product leadership , with a strong bias toward execution in physical, real-world systems.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles.
- Strong technical background in one or more of the following, • Computer Vision
- Optics / Imaging Systems
- Embedded or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end physical products that combine hardware, software, and AI.
- Demonstrated ability to work across highly multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience supporting real-world deployments of complex systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience delivering products for large enterprise or Fortune 50 customers.
- Prior work in retail environments (strongly preferred).
