About the role

Join Medtronic in the Danvers, Massachusetts site —a dynamic hub supporting the Cardiovascular and Neuroscience portfolios, with core capabilities in high value assembly, polymer extrusion, braiding, molding, and new product and process development. As a Senior Manufacturing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for patients around the world. As the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the value stream and its associated processes at the enterprise level. You’ll guide day‑to‑day execution and long‑term strategy in a highly collaborative environment. You will ensure alignment with company objectives and operating budgets while meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. This includes leading and coordinating activities across a cross functional team spanning engineering, purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, operational excellence and in process quality functions. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant Manufacturing, Warehouse and Distribution experience within a highly regulated industry and 5+ years of Managerial experience
  • OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Manufacturing, Warehouse and Distribution experience within a highly regulated industry and 5+ years of Managerial experience.
