About the role

As a Team Lead IV supporting the production of SenSight , you will play a key role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations for one of Medtronic's innovative product initiatives. This position combines hands-on manufacturing expertise with floor leadership, helping ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are achieved while supporting the successful development and commercialization of next-generation medical technologies. This is a fully onsite position, working a second shift schedule (M-F 2:30 PM – 11:15 PM). This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
