About the role
At IRTH we are seeking an experienced Site Structural Engineer to join our project team for high‑rise residential and/or hospitality developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in structural works, excellent knowledge of Dubai authority requirements, and proven experience in reviewing structural submittals and conducting site inspections.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
- Consultancy experience is mandatory
- Minimum 12 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai.
- Strong background in high‑rise residential and/or hotel projects.
- Proven experience in structural submittals (shop drawings, material,test reports,etc.) review and site structural inspections.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai Building Code, ACI, BS, and relevant international standards.
- Familiar with structure design programs,CAD,and Revit
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
