What you'll bring
- Sector Specialist: 2–4 years of experience in Business Development specifically within the Dubai Holiday Home market.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: A proactive professional who thrives on cold calling and outreach

- Relationship Driven: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with HNW property owners and real estate agents.
- Result-Oriented: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
- Mobile & Ready: Must be based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license, this is a field-heavy, on-site role.
