What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of professional experience in planning engineering, with demonstrated expertise in community infrastructure projects and claims.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certification
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent project planning software
  • Proven experience with schedule risk analysis, time impact analysis, and recovery planning methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in Extension of Time (EOT) claims preparation and evaluation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to organize complex information and manage multiple priorities in a goal-oriented manner
  • Experience with procurement tracking, long-lead item management, and bottleneck identification
  • Preferred: Experience with traffic staging, phasing requirements, and authority approval coordination in UAE construction projects
