About the role

As a Specialist, PR and Influencer Marketing Admin, you will support Huda Beauty's communications team across all administration tasks related to influencer marketing and PR. This role serves as the backbone of the Influencer Marketing and PR function - supporting core operations including product send-outs, influencer database management, press coverage tracking, influencer post tracking, and daily team coordination.

What you'll bring

• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end administrative operations for a busy Influencer Marketing & PR function, including product send-outs, influencer database management, and reporting.
• Exceptional relationship-builder, both internally and externally, with a self-starter mindset and strong ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with influencer trends and the beauty space, with genuine interest in researching and vetting talent aligned with brand values.
• Excellent analytical skills and high interest in learning new analytics trends, with proficiency in Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, resilience, creativity, and a high level of agility.
• Excellent team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English
• 2-3 years of admin experience
• Arabic is a plus.
• with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
