beOnd, the world's first premium leisure airline, is looking for a dynamic and talented Brand, PR & Events Manager to join our passionate team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating and executing our brand strategy across various platforms, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through compelling social media content and memorable events. As the Brand, PR & Events Manager, you will work closely with various teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence. You will be the driving force behind our social media initiatives, developing creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience while organizing exciting events that elevate our brand and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, social media marketing, and event management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns for a consumer-facing company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and content creation.
- Experience in event management, from concept development to execution.
- Understanding of the luxury travel market.
- Able to coordinate events and activations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Commercial, Creative, and Brand teams.
- Experience with media relations and engaging with influencers.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
