About the role

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with diseases, injuries, and deformities of the mouth, jaws, face, and neck. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage congenital, traumatic, infectious, and neoplastic conditions, perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The specialist will also participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuous professional development.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS/DMD) or Medical Degree (MBBS) with a recognized qualification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Recognized Specialist Qualification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery..
• Expertise in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, management of oral pathology, salivary gland disorders, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and reconstructive maxillofacial surgery.
• Experience in head and neck surgery, craniofacial surgery, and facial cosmetic procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical governance, research, and continuous professional
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialty experience preferred.
