About the role

We are seeking a junior to mid-level Corporate Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to support a fast-paced fintech business operating across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with senior counsel and business stakeholders on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Reporting line: Chief Legal Officer

What you'll bring

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years' PQE
• Strong corporate/commercial background
• Familiarity with UAE and/or DIFC/ADGM regulatory frameworks is an advantage (orwillingness to develop it quickly).
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially pragmatic, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• preferably common law qualified (e.g. England &Wales, or another common law jurisdiction).
• ideally with exposure to fintech, financial services, payments, or technology.
