About the role
This is MarketsVox's first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire. You won't be slotting into an existing function — you'll be building it. From sourcing strategy to employer brand, from ATS setup to executive search, this role has real scope and real ownership. You'll work closely with the CEO, CCO, and department heads to hire across sales, tech, finance, compliance, and everything in between — across multiple regions and time zones. What you'll bring
- 4+ years in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions — commercial, tech, and compliance experience especially valued
- Hands-on sourcer — you're not a coordinator waiting for CVs to land, you go and find the best people
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and C-suite hiring processes
- Comfortable operating across multiple time zones and regions simultaneously
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate — hybrid setup with flexibility built in
- Fluency in English essential
- Experienced with ATS platforms (Workable experience a strong plus)
- ideally with experience in fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services
- Arabic or additional languages a bonus
