About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our project delivery team in the UAE. This is a site-based role that plays a critical part in ensuring construction and fit-out activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with technical, quality, and operational requirements. The Site Engineer will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to support the successful delivery of KitchenPark facilities, from site readiness through to handover. The successful candidate will initially be assigned to projects in Abu Dhabi for approximately six months, supporting the delivery of multiple new sites. Following this period, they will transition to overseeing projects based in Dubai and other Emirates locations.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or project delivery roles
- Experience supporting on-site execution, contractor coordination, and fit-out works
- Ability to work in fast-paced, site-based environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with local construction codes, safety standards, and authority requirements in Qatar is an advantage
- Must have your own car and drivers license
- Industry experience in F&B-related environments such as cloud kitchens, commercial kitchens, food production facilities, or similar operational spaces is preferred
- Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or related field preferred
