About the role

Scout Motors is seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to help build the future of Vehicle Lifecycle Management within the Remarketing organization. This role will support vehicle disposition strategy across fleet operations, buybacks, service loaners, employee vehicles, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), retail pre-owned, and wholesale remarketing channels. This role will help establish the foundation for Scout's future Vehicle Lifecycle Management capabilities by improving visibility, optimizing vehicle performance, enabling smarter disposition decisions, and leveraging data, technology, and automation to maximize vehicle value throughout its lifecycle. Residing in New York City : This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive operations, fleet management, supply chain, analytics, strategy, program management, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive-level business reviews.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Automotive OEM, fleet management, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, remarketing, or vehicle lifecycle management experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience with business systems, automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled solutions.
