About the role
The Manufacturing Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering additive manufacturing programs from order intake through production completion. This role ensures production schedules are established, maintained, and achieved while serving as the primary interface between internal operations and external customers. The Program Manager owns the overall program plan including schedule, financial performance, and deliverables and ensures alignment with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and company objectives. This role supports operations at both the Fremont and Livermore, California facilities and requires regular travel between locations. Work schedules and primary work locations may vary based on business needs.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or high-tech environments
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules and customer-facing programs
- Strong understanding of contract management, production planning, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP/MRP systems)
- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Background with strong preference of manufacturing experience
- Experience in additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing processes strongly preferred
