About the role
We are looking for an addition to our Product Development team to be responsible for the following areas:
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in battery engineering, battery integration, or product engineering within the lithium-ion battery industry.
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion cell testing, characterization, and specification development.
- Direct experience with battery certification standards (UN38.3, UL1642, IEC 62133).
- Experience creating and managing technical documentation (TDS, product specifications, SDS) in a customer-deliverable context.
- Proven ability to serve as a customer-facing technical resource, translating complex battery data into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage 15+ simultaneous work streams across multiple tools and teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
- Experience with silicon anode or other advanced lithium-ion battery chemistries.
- Hands-on experience with battery pack integration or cell-to-pack assembly operations.
