About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day general maintenance of a property (or group of properties) and fulfilling all maintenance obligations including but not limited to requests for maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and other handyman work required to maintain a high quality standard of appearance and function. This role requires a customer focused mindset and ability to interact with tenants and other team members in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule flexibility required for rotating on-call weekends, special events, and emergencies.

What you'll bring

• Valid driver's license
• Proof of automobile liability insurance
• General understanding of maintenance: From HVAC, plumbing, drywall and electrical repair experience, to a fresh coat of paint, maintenance technicians have a hand in every part of making the project run effectively.
• The individual must have a passion for fixing things and a keen eye for detail.
• Computer proficiency and frequent daily use of/proficiency with a Smartphone with updated software to upload/download work order requests and completion thereof
• High school diploma preferred
