About the role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial oversight and operational accounting across Cheer Home Care and Health Care. This is a flexible, part-time role designed with parent-friendly hours—ideal for a seasoned professional who wants meaningful work without a traditional full-time schedule.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of relevant accounting or financial leadership experience
• Expert understanding of accounting, financial statements, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with major ERP systems
• Strong communication, leadership presence, and ability to collaborate across functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently

• CPA (preferred)
