About the role
As a Strategic Pricing team member, you will develop, execute, and optimize pricing strategies that drive profitable growth across EBG’s brands. You will partner closely with Account Management and Marketing Teams to ensure pricing decisions are data‑driven, competitive, and aligned with both partner objectives and company financial targets, as well as aligned with the company’s compliance policies. In this role, you will analyze performance data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform pricing recommendations, promotional strategies, and margin optimization initiatives. You will participate in strategy discussions with internal stakeholders, provide guidance on rate structures and discounting approaches, and support supplier negotiations by delivering clear, insight‑backed pricing frameworks. You will also ensure that pricing, offers, and promotional messaging are compliant with company policies, brand standards, and approved pricing guidelines, escalating risks or exceptions as needed.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate pricing performance, margin impact, and promotional effectiveness using quantitative data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling)
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for cross‑functional and leadership audiences.
- Experience supporting pricing decisions in collaboration with partner‑facing, marketing, finance, or product teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple analyses, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting findings and recommendations in a structured, concise manner.
- Collaborative, goal‑oriented team player who is resourceful and proactive.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must live local to Las Vegas, NV.
- preferably within the travel, entertainment, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries.
