About the role
We are seeking Experienced Nurse Practitioners to join the motivated, caring staff on the ICU, Working closely in a collaborative team with an intensivist, a hospitalist and other disciplines Duties include Care of hospitalized adults: Including medical, surgical and telemetry patients admitted to the ICU This position provides Daily medical care of patients in the Medicine Intensive Care Unit including assessment, diagnosis, pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, bedside procedures, and family centered care of patients and their families. Works closely with faculty, fellows, residents and nursing staff to develop and coordinate a plan of care to meet the needs of the patient and their families Performs history and physical examinations, formulation of care plans, ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests and provides education to patients and their families.
What you'll bring
