About the role

You’ll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout Massachusetts, helping clients work through concerns such as relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, grief, and major life changes. Your clinical work will include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, setting treatment goals, and using therapy to help them make practical changes. You’ll also keep treatment plans and clinical notes up to date.

What you'll bring

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
• Must have reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions
