About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. As a BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience working with children or individuals
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
- Current RBT Certification (preferred)
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
