What you'll bring

• The Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Connectivity) is primarily responsible for leading and managing Q-Systems (with a focus on telecom and networking) for design, pre-construction and construction activities across several campuses.
• The Program Manager will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or Construction Management field or equivalent professional experience
• 8-10+ years of experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
• 8-10+ years of experience with management of technology design, implementation and project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive-level and Excel to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
• Be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Average travel anticipated to be every other week for 2-3 days.
• Experience designing technology systems for data centers, critical medical, industrial, construction, oil and gas, or large-scale technology systems.
• Project Management or Project Lead experience in large-scale projects.
• Experience in the construction of data centers, critical medical, industrial, construction, oil and gas, or large-scale technology systems.
