Position: Test Engineer
What you'll bring
- BS degree in a technical field
- Advanced technical skills in Network Security and Vulnerability testing and general knowledge in other areas of In-Home networking.
- 2 -3 years’ experience with embedded device pen-testing, network vulnerability testing (Firewall/Router/Switch), vulnerability research, firmware and/or source code analysis, WebApp auditing (OWASP Top 10), Protocol Fuzzing and encryption & hashing
- Experience with tools such as Metasploit, Defensics, Core Impact, BURP Suite, OWASP-ZAP, Wireshark, NMAP, Nessus, CDRouter and BreakingPoint
- 6 years minimum experience in systems integration & testing or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience with the TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, IPv6, TCP, UDP, ARP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, SFTP, HTTP, LAN and WAN, Routers, Switches, Throughput and Latency, etc.)
- 5 years’ experience effectively preparing and documenting interface specifications, test plans, and test reports.
- 5 years’ experience with software architecture and programming concepts )
- Ability to work effectively in large cross-functional teams, with vendors/suppliers, and contractors.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- 5 years hands-on experience configuring, integrating, operating, maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing In-Home Router/STB/DVR configurations.
