We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to support the daily operations of the largest property in our portfolio, the Mosaic located in Lynn, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their property management career. This role works closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while taking on increasing responsibility across key functional areas. What you'll bring
- 2–3 years of experience in property management or a related real estate operations field
- Strong organizational, documentation, and task management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws
- Familiarity with Greater Boston Area real estate market
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
