The RHVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment in commercial environments. The role requires a solid understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely. What you'll bring
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA Certification is required.
- OSHA 10-Hour certification required within 30 days of employment (company provided training available).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment necessary for RHVAC installation and repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as refrigeration principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical diagrams and schematics.
- Effective communication skills for working with customers and colleagues.
- Refrigeration license required as defined by State(s) regulations and preferred in all areas.
- Ability to store company issued vehicle preferred.
