About the role
The Laptop Refresh Technician will need excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work and collaborate with the wider IT Team, who are based in the US, Canada, UK and India. As this role requires hands-on service, the position is on-site in our Manhattan, NY (Financial District) office. This role offers an excellent entry point into IT support, providing valuable hands-on experience and exposure to a broad range of IT disciplines. This position is Monday through Friday shift, 8am – 5pm in our New York City office.
What you'll bring
- College degree in any IT Discipline or 2+ years equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of hardware setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
