About the role
A2G International is seeking a highly experienced and mission‑focused Vice President of Operations to lead our Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) flying operations business.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of aviation operations leadership
- Demonstrated success managing flight operations and maintenance organizations in high‑tempo environments.
- Strong understanding of ISR mission systems, aircrew training, and mission execution frameworks.
- Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 91 operations and DCMA Instruction 8210.1D, including airworthiness oversight, STC management, and mission system integration on special mission aircraft.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑site teams and manage complex operational programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior government and military stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- advanced degree preferred.
- preferably in ISR, special missions, defense contracting, or military aviation.
- Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense or international defense customers strongly preferred.
