About the role
As Associate Director, Oncology Outcomes Research, you will lead high‑impact health outcomes and real‑world evidence that define the value of our medicines and accelerate access for patients. You will operate at the center of an asset team, partnering across medical, development, market access and data science to shape strategy and deliver evidence that influences clinical practice and payer decisions. This is an opportunity to work across global and US markets on programs that matter—from early development through launch and lifecycle management. What you'll bring
- Advanced Scientific degree
- Developed conceptual and integrative thinking with capability to access internal and external resources for advice.
- Standout teammate and supports the asset team within the O2R organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Oncology experience preferred
