About the role
As Vice President of Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our global product strategy and platform vision—fueling sustained growth, strengthening our market differentiation, and delivering long-term value for our customers and shareholders. You’ll lead the evolution of our SaaS platform and product portfolio, supporting telecommunications providers, managed service providers (MSPs), channel partners, and enterprise organizations navigating complex Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) ecosystems. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of market insight, technology innovation, and commercial strategy—bringing forward solutions that are scalable, secure, and purpose-built to solve real industry challenges. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will translate corporate strategy into a clear, compelling product vision and drive disciplined execution against a high-impact roadmap. We are looking for a product leader who will not just evolve our platform—but fundamentally rethink how organizations manage and optimize complex communications ecosystems. This role is expected to challenge convention, introduce bold ideas, and unlock new sources of growth through innovation, AI, and platform expansion. This is an Ottawa based hybrid role and you must reside in Ottawa at the time of hire.
What you'll bring
- 15+ years of product leadership experience within B2B SaaS environments
- Proven success leading product organizations in growth-stage or public technology companies
- Strong domain expertise in Unified Communications, telecommunications, enterprise collaboration, or IT management platforms
- Experience building and scaling products within complex, multi-vendor ecosystems
- Track record of delivering solutions across both enterprise and channel-driven markets
- Deep understanding of SaaS economics, platform strategy, and monetization models
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven leader with strong analytical and strategic acumen
- The ideal candidate is a progressive, hands-on leader and builder who leads by example and fosters a highly collaborative, team-first environment.
- You are passionate about mentoring and developing others, building strong, high-performing teams, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you value visibility and connection, with a strong appreciation for being present and engaged while working from our head office in Kanata, Ontario.
