The Community Health Center is looking for a visionary Finance Specialist Senior to serve as the analytical engine behind our Health Centers’ current and future growth! In this high-impact role, you won't just manage numbers, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of healthcare services that support diverse, vibrant communities every single day. As the Finance Specialist Senior , you’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operational strategy, and community impact. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, empowering optimal business decision-making and ensuring our resources go where they are needed most. Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role. However, actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education. Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the listed pay range and may not be at or near the top of the range.

What you'll bring

• Three (3) to six (6) years of progressively responsible financial analysis, advanced level professional accounting or fiscal/grants management experience.
