About the role
We are seeking a Consulting Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise finance transformation program. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving finance modernization through Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, with a strong emphasis on chart of accounts redesign, finance operating model transformation, and FP&A reimagination. This role is not about lifting and shifting legacy processes – it's about redefining how finance operates in a modern, cloud-native environment.
What you'll bring
- Deep expertise in finance process and operating model transformation, with a strong understanding of how to reimagine finance functions (FP&A, Record-to-Report, planning, and reporting) in a cloud-native environment.
- Strong understanding of the EPM landscape, including how planning, forecasting, and reporting integrate across platforms.
- Experience leading Chart of Accounts redesign and understanding how upstream ERP architecture supports downstream EPM and reporting.
- Experience establishing program governance, operating rhythms, and mobilization plans for large-scale transformations.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving scope in long-term transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Comfortable engaging with IST time zone on occasion to support global program coordination.
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
