About the role

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support REI Engineers' brand awareness, business development efforts, recruitment initiatives, and overall strategic goals. This position independently manages day-to-day marketing activities, develops content across multiple communication channels, coordinates campaigns and events, and contributes to continuous improvement of the company's marketing strategy. The role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. The successful Marketing Specialist demonstrates initiative, creativity, and strong organizational skills while effectively managing multiple marketing initiatives. This position is expected to consistently deliver high-quality marketing materials, strengthen REI Engineers' brand presence, support recruiting and business development efforts, and contribute to the company's continued growth through strategic and effective marketing execution.

What you'll bring

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Experience in using website content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and email marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in creating digital content, managing social media platforms, and coordinating marketing campaigns preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing efforts in engineering, architecture, construction, consulting, or professional services industry is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing software is a plus.
