What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Validated experience providing technical product training and technical writing
- The ability to digest complex technical concepts from manuals or other materials and translate them into learner-friendly materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with an LMS or remote training platforms.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to customer locations as needed.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office anywhere in the US
- preferably in a customer-facing role in the data center space.
- ideally in CT or ET time zones.
