About the role

Guggenheim is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant. This person will support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, providing direct support to the Head of Institutional North America as well as the North American Institutional Distribution team. The ideal candidate must exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate strong client service. The successful candidate will have prior experience in an executive assistant role and be comfortable interacting with senior executives across the firm. This position is located in the Stamford office, full-time. Guggenheim is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant.
