About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance/Construction Supervisor III, this position will perform the full range of journey work duties associated with the construction, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning systems and associated air handling, chilled water distribution, and control mechanisms. Maintaining refrigeration units and their control systems. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with  State Benefits .
