Rustica is seeking a dependable and hardworking Woods Utility – Night Shift team member to support the production operations of our Woods Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in woodworking and manufacturing who is eager to learn and grow with the company. This position reports directly to the Woods Department Night Shift Manager and plays a key role in ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
