About the role

The primary responsibility of the Machine Operator is to operate machinery in the fabrication shop and to ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced according to established protocols .

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• 1+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, with increasing responsibility over time
• Experience running machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to drive production according to a set schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to identify stone characteristics and material defects with accuracy
• Exhibits leadership and mentoring skills as experience increases
• technical degree preferred
