EisnerAmper’s Outsourced Services - Real Estate group has experienced significant growth and is seeking a real estate accounting professional with expertise using Real Estate platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio and Intacct. This individual will report to the Manager of Real Estate Accounting and will be responsible for servicing real estate clients and managing multi entity portfolios of properties, both commercial and/or residential.
What you'll bring

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in property accounting managing multiple properties and/or entities, 3+ years' of audit experience focusing on real estate clients, or combination of both
- Experience with Sage Intacct and/or Yardi
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience working with task management and workpaper system (Blackline, Floqast)
- Experience working with Appfolio and/or Avid Exchange
