About the role

As a Manager of Tax Services – Corporate / Business Services, you will lead and manage multiple tax engagements, providing high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to a diverse client base. This role requires a strong technical background in corporate and pass-through entity taxation, the ability to manage client relationships, and demonstrated leadership in overseeing engagement teams. The Manager will serve as a key advisor to clients, proactively identifying tax planning opportunities, managing risk, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA license required
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant tax experience, including at least 2+ years focused on business entity taxation, gained in public accounting and/or a corporate environment
• Strong experience in tax compliance and consulting for C corporations, partnerships, and S corporations
• Solid understanding of federal and state tax regulations and their application to business entities
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex tax matters clearly to clients and internal teams
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Client-focused, results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing and developing teams
