About the role

The Operator I will support Medtronic's Surgical Innovations Manufacturing Annealing team by operating manufacturing equipment, inspecting monofilament sutures, and performing annealing and winding processes to ensure products meet stringent quality and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work with precision equipment and high-powered magnification devices, and a commitment to producing high-quality products that positively impact patient care. This is a fully onsite position for 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday - 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM). This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
