About the role

The Project Manager supports Enterprise Electrical’s operations by leading commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager 3 serves as a primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and trade partners, while providing leadership, oversight, and accountability across all phases of project execution.

What you'll bring

• Education, Experience, and Skills
• · Bachelor’s degree
• or 5 years of previous experience in construction, finance, or project management
• · 3 to 5 years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• · Experience managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000.
• · Strong working knowledge of construction design, finance, scheduling, and project management practices.
• · Strong understanding of construction design, project finance, and management principles
• · Knowledge of corporate and industry standards, practices, and processes
• · Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships while meeting project objectives
• · Strong project planning skills including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• · Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and maximize performance
