About the role

The Material Handler II is responsible for coordinating and executing complex material handling, inventory control, and material movement activities that support manufacturing operations. This role ensures the accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, transfer, and issuance of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and material traceability throughout the facility. The Material Handler II serves as a key resource in warehouse and production support operations, utilizing ERP systems, RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory control processes to ensure the efficient flow of materials and uninterrupted production operations.

What you'll bring

• Minimum Three (3) years of experience in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing support required.
• Experience working within ERP systems required
• Experience utilizing RF scanners (RF guns) for inventory transactions, material tracking, and warehouse operations required.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
