About the role

We are looking to hire a part-time Barista for Madhappy at our West Hollywood Flagship location. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring superior service to all customers, maintaining high-standards of operations for the store, and representing what Madhappy stands for!

What you'll bring

• You must be based in Los Angeles to be considered for this position.
• 1+ years of coffee and/or coffee related experience
• Knowledge of coffee and experience in matcha preparation
• Previous experience working in a small team environment
• Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently and effectively with customers and team members
• Familiarity with the Madhappy brand and mission
