Title: Field Supervisor Company: Colony Care of Sherman Oaks/Valley Glen (DBA Cottages at the Colony) Reports to: Executive Administrator The Field Supervisor will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to residents in their daily living activities. This full-time position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to collaborate effectively with residents, caregivers, and administrators across multiple locations. We’re seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and empathetic individual to foster a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active CNA Certification required
- Criminal background clearance is required.
- Two years of experience.
- Knowledge of state elderly care regulations and procedures is highly valued.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- First Aid/CPR Certified.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Pre-employment physical and TB Test required per state regulations.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
