About the role

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse Carpenter to design and build custom wood crates, skids, pallets, and shipping loads for our sheet metal, roofing materials, and architectural products. This is a hands-on role critical to protecting our products in transit and ensuring they arrive to jobsites damage-free.

What you'll bring

• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools (saws, nail guns, drills, measuring tools)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic shop math
• Understanding of load securement, blocking/bracing, and material handling best practices
• we can certify the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on protecting product and jobsite delivery quality
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• 2+ years of carpentry, crating, packaging, or related warehouse/construction experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus
