About the role
The Molding Team Leader assists the shift supervisors with daily shop-floor operations, coordinating machine operators and technicians and ensures safety, quality, and production goals are met. They act as the bridge between plant management and the production team, troubleshooting basic machine/process issues and maintaining workflow efficiency on the production floor.

- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Associate's degree (A.
- A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a high pace molding environment highly recommended.
- Must be able to operate a computer and printer.
- Must also be able to use the following small tools: Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, pry bars, pliers, and calipers.
- Must be able to read and set various gauges and scales.
- Must be able to utilize a scanner to call in skids and send out skids.
