About the role

We have an opportunity for a Finance Manager (Pharma & Consumer Health) to join our team. In this role, you will lead key financial processes, including accounting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure objectives and timelines are met. You will support manufacturing accounting, manage budgets, and coordinate inventory activities. This position also involves working closely with leadership on financial analysis and compliance activities. Shift: 100% onsite

What you'll bring

• Undergraduate degree in accounting and/or finance from an accredited institution
• Minimum seven years of experience in finance and accounting
• Minimum three years of experience supporting manufacturing and distribution entities
• Minimum three years of experience in cost accounting
• Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
• Experience with ERP systems JD Edward (JDE)
• Experience with planning and consolidation systems, OneStream
• Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant
