What you'll bring
- A clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — you translate complexity into decisions, not just deliverables.
- Proactive and intellectually curious: you explore data independently to uncover hidden insights and opportunities that drive meaningful business improvements.
- Comfortable working with dbt and modern data stack concepts, with enough familiarity to collaborate effectively with data and engineering teams.
- Efficient by nature — you reach for AI tools and automation when they help you move faster and think more deeply.
- 2–4 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
- Strong SQL skills: you can independently query, validate, and explore data without engineer support.
- Strong proficiency with at least one BI tool — Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar — and a track record of building dashboards from scratch that teams use to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with dbt and modern data stack concepts sufficient to collaborate with data and engineering teams.
