About the role

You will serve as a team member in an assigned staff group and plan and implement programs for infants and toddlers. You will also implement classroom programs in compliance with CCG standards, Early Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC criteria, and local and state licensing standards. What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required, INFANT TODDLER Child Development Associate (CDA) or Associate's degree in child development or related field required
• One-year experience working with young children required
• Must demonstrate desire to work with young children, have general knowledge of “normal&rdquo
• growth and development
• Must demonstrate ability to work as a team member and work effectively with all levels of staff, parents and center volunteers
• Must demonstrate good organizational skills and written and oral communication skills
• Regular and prompt attendance required
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license
• Driving record must comply with CCG's automobile insurance carrier requirements
• Ability to travel locally or out of town as required
• Bachelors degree preferred
